Seth B. Draper
Seth B. Draper was admitted to the Arizona Bar in November of 2013, and is an associate at Salvatierra Law Group, PLLC. He works with clients in removal proceedings, prepares Form I-601A Stateside Waiver Applications, Form I-821D Applications for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, helps victims of human trafficking, and represents clients for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. He also volunteers his time with Project ALWAYS, the State Bar of Arizona, and provides informational presentations on immigration relief with a variety of non-profit organizations. His passion for immigration law is based in assisting people obtain permanency and status to be united with their family.
Seth was born in raised in Pine, Arizona. He moved to Phoenix, Arizona to attend Southwestern College where he received his B.A. in Christian Ministries with a minor in Counseling. Thereafter, he attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and obtained his Juris Doctorate in May of 2013.
At the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Seth was a William H. Pedrick Scholar and a CALI Award Recipient. He served as an Articles Editor for the Law Journal for Social Justice. During the course of his studies, Seth worked at the Immigration Law & Policy Clinic, was a Law Clerk for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, taught English as a Second Language classes through Valle del Sol, and assisted Community Legal Services in developing a consumer protection presentation focused on assisting the immigrant community.
